Founded in 1981, JVArchitecture is a sole-owned practice, located in Lake Forest, California. Under the direction of principal John Valle, JVArchitecture has successfully completed a wide range of project types for 30+ years. Mr. Valle is both a Licensed Architect and General Contractor. This unique qualification allows Mr. Valle and his team to design projects and manage programs with a global industry perspective. The JVArchitecture takes pride in establishing accurate budget's project scope of work definition and delivering projects on time. The JVA Team has extensive experience in construction management, architectural design and owner’s representation.

MISSION
Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
Quality assurance and quality control measures are secured by disciplined procedures which have been set in place over the past twenty (20) years of communicating effectively with all the design team members. Open communication is the key during all phases of design; we monitor all the details with our consultants with established design schedules and clear scope of work definition. We also have dealt very effectively with plan check consultants. We review their comments; we ask questions; and negotiate the changes that need to be make to the plans in a timely and efficient manner.
Design Approach
JVArchitecture is dedicated to seeing each project from inception through construction completion.
The team’s design philosophy is simple and to the point; we first listen to your objectives; we analyze the challenges; and we move forward as partners in the process of resolving the myriad of problems that need resolution within the project parameters and cost constraints. As architects and planners we constantly stay attuned to changing technologies and incorporate planning solutions, which not only meet immediate needs as well as accommodating future needs.
